Just a little taste of some great early 20th century Russian Avant-Garde design that uses representational illustration. This use of the human body here relates to photomontage but the range of the Stengerg brothers is broader than what is normally thought of as Russian Constructivism. But just like the early modern design movements in Europe, constructivism is not a style, but a way of coming to form.
